Product Manager App (m/f/x) in Vollzeit

Decathlon wants to enable our users to access the sport ecosystem with straightforward and easy-to-use mobile applications. The user experience is our main focus and we place technology, innovation and data at the heart of our business. As part of the User Experience team you will be responsible for supporting the performance of the Decathlon Shopping App and the Coach App through engagement, retention and monetisation.

You can expect a lot of freedom for your own ideas, a permanent contract with 37.5 h/week, flexible working hours and employee discounts of 30% on over 100 DECATHLON own brands. You also have the opportunity to work in a home office two days a week and choose which of our central locations you want to work from. 

Dafür bist du verantwortlich

• You define and implement the vision and the strategies of the Apps in Germany to gain and retain users Online and In-store and you monitor the performance in order to optimize the customer experience.

• You work in close collaboration with the development team and the international App leaders to prioritize and implement best practices.

• You collect requirements from different channels (Users, Stakeholders Support, Sales, Marketing, etc.) and use product management tools to communicate and create new features for future prioritization.

• You create and implement the strategy for push notification campaigns in cooperation with the marketing team to ensure state of the art personalized communication according to the local communication and marketing needs.

Das bringst du mit

• A successfully completed commercial or technical degree (e.g. business informatics, marketing, business administration) or a comparable qualification or 3-5 years of relevant professional experience

• You have initial experience in project management and you are able to prioritize App development for maximum ROI.

• You are enthusiastic about digital products, customer experience and innovation.

• You have a great analytical understanding and you are eager to learn.

• You have very good communication skills in German and English, French is a plus.
